*All online store orders are shipped to the customer directly by our approved third-party storage and shipping companies
*The service of receiving the shipment yourself is available through our approved logistical warehouses
*After completing the shipping process, the customer can continue tracking the shipment through his orders
*Shipping is available to all cities and governorates of the Kingdom. Note (delivery is made to the location of the customer’s building or home and does not include climbing to offices or inside residential or office buildings and floors of more than two floors)
*The shipping or delivery process takes a maximum of 2-4 working days within the city of Riyadh, and according to the approved delivery company, a maximum of 3-7 working days outside of the city of Riyadh.
*If the customer does not receive the shipment by postponing the receipt time or not responding to the delivery representative’s call, the delivery will be rescheduled for a new period within 24 hours. In the event that the customer violates the second delivery date, the shipment will be returned to the source and coordination with the customer again, and accordingly the customer must pay new fees according to Shipping companies policy.
*The shipments are perfectly packed and Active Child disclaims responsibility for any damage to the shipment due to the shipping process. In the event that the shipment is discovered to be damaged due to the shipping process, a compensation complaint must be filed with the shipping and delivery company within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the order by the customer.

*The active child has the full right to cancel any order and refund the payment to the customer using the same payment method in the event that the correct area address or the required product is not available.
*Active Child has the full right to package its products as it deems appropriate and ensures that the products reach its customers with the best quality and fastest time.
*The customer bears all expenses for returning the shipment back (100 riyals per package) in addition to the shipping value paid in the order back (100 riyals per package) even if the shipping is free or reduced for that in the order invoice in the event that the shipment is not received due to the city or region not being specified. Correct delivery, incorrectly entering the address or contact number, not receiving the product, or changing the mobile number after completing the shipping process without writing to us and receiving approval to modify or cancel the order after completing the shipping process, or in the event of wanting to change the requested product after completing the shipping process, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Payments will be made to the Customer's account in the Company's appropriate manner upon the Company's receipt of the returned product.
*The customer bears all expenses for recovering or retrieving the shipment and bank payment commissions in the event of canceling the order and returning the shipment after completing the order execution process.
*If the order is made by Tamara or Tabby and the order is shipped, and if the customer does not receive the order after completing the shipment, the shipment will be refunded and the payments will be refunded by Tamara or Tabby after deducting the bank fees and the cost of shipping the product paid for in the order back (100 riyals per package) and the value of the shipment refund. Return at a rate of (100 riyals per package), even if the shipping price in the order is reduced for that or free in the order invoice.

Electronic channel payment fees are calculated as follows:
- A range of 2.3% of the invoice value
- Credit cards (Visa - MasterCard) at a rate of 3.7% of the invoice value
- Pay Tabby installments at a rate of 9.5% of the invoice value
- Tamara installments are paid at a rate of 8.6% of the invoice value
